Service Description
This course is instructor led and participation based hands-on skills evaluation. This class is designed for students who have already completed the BLS HeartCode Online course and only need the in-person skills check-off required by the American Heart Association. The skills check-off verifies a learner’s competence in life-saving techniques including high-quality CPR (compressions and breaths), AED use, and team dynamics for adults, children, and infants. Students will demonstrate these skills in person with an AHA certified instructor to complete their certification. Students must complete the BLS HeartCode Online course prior to attending the skills check-off session. You can purchase the HeartCode BLS Online course (sold separately) through the American Heart Association. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY: Once registration has been processed, no refunds will be given. If you need to cancel the class, you will be entitled to use your full paid registration for up to 60 days from the original class date. See Rescheduling Policy below, some fees may apply. Cancellation will not be honored on the day of class. We reserve the right to cancel any classes without the possibility of refunds if the cancellation is due to a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions or other causes that rendering Rhythm Savers CPR unable to conduct class. If these situations do occur, you will be allowed to reschedule without penalty or hold credit without expiration. The rescheduled class must take place within 60 days of the original class date. 3 days advance or more notice: If you contact us within business hours (9am - 6pm CST), 3 days or more before your class, no reschedule fee will occur. 1-2 days before the day of your class: If you contact us within business hours (9am-6PM CST), a $30 fee will apply for BLS and Heartsavers courses and a $50 fee will apply for all other courses. If you request to reschedule on the day of your class you will be considered a NO Show. See No Show Policy We do not allow rescheduling more than once. We will not issue a refund, grant credit, nor reschedule you to another class if you are not able to make it to the rescheduled class. No Show Policy: You are considered a no show if you do not show up to class and do not notify us at least 1 day before the start of the class. We will not issue any refund, grant credit, nor allow you to reschedule to another class. If you reschedule ACLS or PALS and your eCard expires from the original renewal scheduled class you will be charged the expired eCard fee of $45.00 per discipline. Reschedule & Expired card fees due day of class. We will gladly review exceptions and extenuating circumstances. In those instances any refunds or granted credit are authorized on a case by case basis. No refunds, granted credit, or rescheduling will be provided for a no call/ no show/ tardy.
