Service Description

AHA requires all students to have a current AHA provider manual (book) before, during and after class. You can purchase the 2020 ECC Handbook for Healthcare Providers ebook SKU# 20-3105 from World Point at www.worldpoint.com or Rent one for $10.00 for each discipline the day of class. ACLS builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high quality CPR, team dynamics and communication , systems of care, Airway Management, Recognition and Intervention cardiopulmonary arrest, post cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmias recognition and intervention, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes, PALS course reinforces pediatric BLS, Systematic Approach to quickly assess, recognize the cause, and stabilize a pediatric patient, Team Dynamics & communication, Intervention & Treatment Respiratory distress & Failure, Decompensated & Compensated Shock, Stable & Unstable Arrhythmias, Post Cardiac Arrest Care.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY: Once registration has been processed, no refunds will be given. If you need to cancel the class, you will be entitled to use your full paid registration for up to 60 days from the original class date. See Rescheduling Policy below, some fees may apply. Cancellation will not be honored on the day of class. We reserve the right to cancel any classes without the possibility of refunds if the cancellation is due to a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions or other causes that rendering Rhythm Savers CPR unable to conduct class. If these situations do occur, you will be allowed to reschedule without penalty or hold credit without expiration. The rescheduled class must take place within 60 days of the original class date. 3 days advance or more notice: If you contact us within business hours (9am - 6pm CST), 3 days or more before your class, no reschedule fee will occur. 1-2 days before the day of your class: If you contact us within business hours (9am-6PM CST), a $30 fee will apply for BLS and Heartsavers courses and a $50 fee will apply for all other courses. If you request to reschedule on the day of your class you will be considered a NO Show. See No Show Policy We do not allow rescheduling more than once. We will not issue a refund, grant credit, nor reschedule you to another class if you are not able to make it to the rescheduled class. No Show Policy: You are considered a no show if you do not show up to class and do not notify us at least 1 day before the start of the class. We will not issue any refund, grant credit, nor allow you to reschedule to another class. If you reschedule ACLS or PALS and your eCard expires from the original renewal scheduled class you will be charged the expired eCard fee of $45.00 per discipline. Reschedule & Expired card fees due day of class. We will gladly review exceptions and extenuating circumstances. In those instances any refunds or granted credit are authorized on a case by case basis. No refunds, granted credit, or rescheduling will be provided for a no call/ no show/ tardy.
